Salt Creek Grille is proud to be a locally owned and operated restaurant. Greg Amsler opened Salt Creek Grille Valencia in 1999. At the very heart of Salt Creek Grille’s philosophy is the spirit of giving back to the community and working hard to make the SCV the absolute best it can be.
